NOFX!

August 24th, 2011

Oh my, granted it’s Wednesday but I had one of the best weekends in a loooooong time so I need to share it :-)

Friday I managed to get of work a bit earlier than usual which was nice, went to the mall and bought a shirt and then later that night ended up shortly visiting a cray fish party at Ubisoft Massive where Lev works. 4th time in 6 years that I see Lev drunk, and it’s fun, haha. He’s a funny drunk and everyone at his work seems to be really nice people.

Saturday was slacking day. Lev tried to get me into playing Minecraft, if it wasn’t for a crappy computer I’d probably be hooked by now.

Sunday me and Lev went to the mall and he bought me another shirt :-P Early evening we went down to the Malmö Festival and spent the rest of the night seeing Snild Dolkow and Powerplay. It was an awesome night and I had a good time.

Monday is not part of the weekend but that day was the highlight so it still counts ;-P Had a sweet day at work, had a good staff meeting and then drove back to Malmö where I hooked up with Lev. Then we went to the Malmö Festival and watched NOFX! Oh my, it was friggin awesome! I’ve been to a few concerts in my days and this one of the best ones, if not my favorite. So, great evening (even tho we met the knife man…)

The story about the knife man (not to be shared with my grandma, who will worry to death about us if she hears it…)
Me and Lev was walking home from the NOFX concert, we get about half way home when we meet a guy dressed in black holding something. At first I think it’s some sort of tool or something but as he gets closer both me and Lev noticed that he is caring around a big knife. Not nice, if we weren’t together and if there wasn’t people sitting at the bus stop right next to us we might have gotten robbed (or worse), you never know with people that walks around with knifes out in the open like that…
