I’m to tired to write anything long here today, I dunno what happpened but I feel totally exhausted, both physically and mentally.

Anyways, had my second visit with the physcial therapist today and it was really nice.
First I got this warm thing around my neck and got to lay down and relax for 10 mins. After that it was massage before we did relaxation exercises. She ended the session with teaching me some stretching for my neck that I’m supposed to do as often as I remember it

I brought up my issues with pillows and how I can’t seem to find one that suits my neck and she let me borrow a pillow to try with for a week to see if that one is better. I’m glad that someone is listening to me and helping me out with this, worth every Swedish krona I spend there.
