Anyways, new day today. I’m sleepy, my hay fever is acting up and it makes me so darn tired all the time. But, tomorrow is a red day (=no work) so that makes me feel better (who doesn’t love vacation), today is some day where we celebrate the arrival of spring in Sweden, also referred to as Walpurgis Night in English. Most of the time this holiday just means drunk and obnoxious teenagers 
Today is also the Swedish Kings birthday, not that I care, I’m not into royalties (off with their heads!) Hopefully we’ll wrap up some nice dinner tonight, might even bbq perhaps if we feel up for it (at my parents place) We’ll see.

So, it’s been about two weeks since I planted a bunch of seeds on our balcony and today I figured that an update would be nice.
This is the area where I keep them all right now. It’s the spot that has the most sun on it (we got direct sun during sunrise and lunch basically) The bucket contains water and the other big pot soil and misc gardening stuff.
The big pot in the corner contains my strawberries, they’re all coming in very nicely, a lot better than I thought actually. If lucky we might be able to harvest a strawberry or two this year. Next to it there’s a slightly smaller pot, this is where I’m trying to grow carrots (treat for the bunny)
The two big white ones just got flowers, Tagetes and Aster. The Tagetes is earlier and that’s why there so many of those and so little of Aster, you just gotta be patient.
The green box to the right is actually a little mini green house that has a plastic top on it normally, I just took it of to take a pic. This is where my experiments take place, I sow a bunch a different seed in there to see would I could bring up. So far I got two small seedling from cherry tomatoes, a small lemon eucalyptus and a tiny one from pomegranate seeds. I’m hoping that we will be able to get some chilies and habaneros this year, but it might be that the seeds were to old.

In about 30 mins we’re driving out to the nearest EB Games, we’re standing in line to be there when they open up at midnight for the release of GTA 4. Lev has, of course, pre booked the GTA Special Edition, which looks real neat. Well, I gotta get ready now, I’m actually that girly that I need more than 10 mins to get ready (most of the time)… Haha.

Today is a rather busy day, I gotta work my eight hours, attend a meeting, edit a lot of pics, pay bills, respond to messages and perhaps also drive and drop off a computer. Plus all the every day things as dishes, eating, random cleaning and such. But, what doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger
Update:
I’m now also spending midnight outside of an EB Games store waiting for the release of GTA 4 with Lev. Haha, this is how it’s like to live with a gamer But I love him like crazy anyways.

Had a real fun day today, met up early with my sister and we went shopping. We are both attending the same b-day party tomorrow and we need to hook up some presents. The shopping was fun, even though I just bought a pair of shoes (see previous entry) and two plants for the apartment.
After the shopping we went to home to our place and tried the Wii Fit out. My sister though it was real funny and is now nagging about getting one herself, I’m saying, go for it! We were playing it for quite some time. We also tried out Mario Kart for a couple of races, that didn’t catch my sister interests as the Wii Fit did, she thought it was to hard. She also claims that my big toes are not so big, they look to small

As Lev is a gamer and spends a lot of his money on games and consoles he decided to get Wii Fit that came out in Sweden today. I will admit that I am always very skeptical to trying out certain things, especially things that I think might make me feel stupid, but, I did over come this “fear” today and tried out Wii Fit as soon as it was hooked up.
I don’t regret it, I was hooked for an hour playing the various mini games, I can also inform everyone that I’m pretty good at yoga (even though I have never tried it before) and that I kind of rule at hula hooping
As it looks right now my day tomorrow seems a bit busy, but if the time is there I’ll probably play some more then

It’s been a decent day, I’ve gotten things done and still had time over to nice things that I like, recreational stuff I like to refer to them as. Other than working I have also been swimming today (2 km as usual) and me and Lev took the bunny out side in the area for the first time this year.
She looks so cute in her bunny leach, and today she even tried some dandelions when being outside, something she has never done before. You gotta understand that she is not used to being outside, with all noises, kids and whatnot and she is very defensive during those times, that’s why she never eats when she’s outside, well, at least not until today.
Been starting a new habit now too, biking. The gas is so darn expensive (almost 13 kr for a liter which is about 2.18 USD for 0.264 gallon) and when running errands in town it goes just as quick to grab the bike as to drive. Plus, the nice weather over here lately is ideally for biking and you can get so lazy when having your own car Right now I’m in a pretty active phase, I swim a lot and I avoid the car to much, wonder how long it’s gonna last?… Haha.
