Yesterday I did my makeup routine as usual; base, eyebrows, mascara and blush. Or at least I thought so, when I washed of the makeup before heading to bed last night I got all surprised cause my cotton swap didn’t get black, first thought was that the mascara sucks but then I realized that I actually had forgot to put mascara on.

How dizzy, I usually don’t forget and my routine is deeply rooted. I guess that is what happens when you’re tired and sick.

It’s been a good week for makeup and nails tho, Monday when I went to Gekås with my sister and cousin I bought a mineral foundation from Rimmel for 29 kronor (it’s pretty darn decent too), 9 nail polishes and some other misc things. Today I went to the mall with my sister and I ended up getting a blush (Lady Love from Viva La Diva) and new powder (Matte Harmony from Lumene).

Oh, I counted my polishes today, I have 71 different polishes, I need mooooore!

Got a hold of this palette yesterday to a really good price thanks to a bonus checks, a campaign and a discount voucher. It’s Bohemian Rhapsody from IsaDora and it’s perfect if we end up traveling somewhere this year, no need to bring any other shadows then.

(PS. I’m a master at thinking of stupid excuses for buying make up)

I’ve had nice days since my last update, just taking it easy and doing whatever I feel like. I figure that you can end the year like that and start the new one with more energy, so I’m resting and preparing now…

Anyways, the other day I hooked up with my sister to do some shopping. Most stores over here have sales now so I wanted to see if I could make some good deals on makeup, which is my major weakness.

This is what I came home with:

I paid: 100 kr

I’m happy with all the purchases but blush is a bit extra cause it was 70% of the original price. Funny thing is that I would have paid full price if it wasn’t for my sister who pointed out the 70% off thing to the cashier, I’m too passive for stuff like that
I’m hoping that I have the chance to head out some more soon, there’s a few more stores that I wanna check out. Even tho they belong to the same chain they differ in what they have on sale and how big the discounted price is.

Gotta mention that it was thanks to my wonderful partner and best friend that I even got to go and shop for makeup as I’m a bit low on money now after the holidays, he gave me money to spend, without and buts or catches. Thank you Lev, I love you <3

Today I’ve done two things, played Viva Piñata and watched Lev update my desktop computer.
Viva Piñata is going good, I’m at the end and only 3 achievements away from perfecting the game. I wanna beat it tho, I wanna play the sequel that Lev got my for xmas.
Other than that I backed up the stuff on my computer today so that Lev could update it, I’m now running Karmic Koala (9.10) and everything is up to date and working now. Sweet.
Only issue is that I’m lazy and depend on my browser to remember my passwords for me and since we did a clean install of everything I had to go through my e-mails to find passwords to my different accounts. Took me like 5 minutes just to get in to this blog

Well, off now. Gotta decide what to do with the rest of this evening…

Yesterday me and Lev headed out for a while to a nearby mall, we needed to get bunny food and a certain Lev wanted a water gun (I don’t remember why) We also took the opportunity to stock up on some food and at the grocery store (Ica Maxi for the win!) I found a little table with IsaDora makeup on sale. I had to get these two things, a palette and nailpolish. The palette has 4 eyeshadows in pink and purple, a blush and lipstick in the middle and it only cost me 50 kronor. The nailpolish was 20 kronor and since it was this really nice looking green (Magic Green, number 74) I had to get it.

I shouldn’t be allowed outside when there’s sales.

A few days ago I walked into town and couldn’t resist to swing by a store or two to take a look at some makeup. I came home with the BEAUTY BASE Eyeshadow Primer from Lumene and the Tropical Temptation palette from Viva La Diva.

I’ve tried this palette out a few times and I have mixed feelings about it, the shadows are really nice, they have such a nice shimmer to them but at the same time I find them really hard to work with.

Yesterday I bought myself a box to store my makeup in, everything didn’t fit in my Hello Kitty bag from H&M and there is no way of keeping any order in it. This box I found at Överskottsbolaget among the fishing gear and it cost me 99 kr. Lev has one too, he stores art stuff in his (brushes, ink, pens.. etc.) It’s not perfect, but it keeps more order than before and I can live with the price (in times of not so much money you gotta be creative)

Yesterday me and Lev went out for a short 2 hour shopping tour at a close by mall. I finally bought the much needed new powder and got myself two facial masks. I went with Matte Harmony Powder from Lumene, I don’t really know why more than I read good things about it online, had a decent price and it doesn’t contain any talc that clogs up the pores.
I tried it a little yesterday when we got home and I liked it then, gotta see today or tomorrow when I can use it all over the face. Hopefully a good product.

Today I added a new category for blog called “makeup”. I don’t really know what plans I have for it but I might end up writing reviews for things that I try.
Makeup has recently become a very addictive hobby of mine, I’ve always liked beauty related products and makeup but it was just recently that I’ve taken a more active approach towards this entry. The whole thing started with a little makeup club on TT and now it’s not just managing it, I also spend waaaay too much time online reading beauty and makeup blogs, not to mention checking out various new and old products.

Anyways, I hope that I will be more active with this category seeing how interested I am in the subject. If anyone wanna send me free makeup or other beauty stuff just send me an e-mail Haha.
